Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. The following terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you and Quickie Delivery Co., a Delaware cooperation, and its subsidiaries (Collectively, "Quickie," "We," "Us," or "Our").
This Agreement and any other applicable policies and guidelines, govern your use of the Quickie's mobile application (the “App”) and website,
quickiedeliveryco.com (the "Site") and (collectively the App and Site, our “Platform”). In order to use the Platform you must agree to the terms in the Agreement.. Our platform, uses terms including “we”, “us” and “our." All of these terms refer to Quickie Delivery Co. Quickie Delivery Co. provides this platform, all information and services that are available from this platform to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting our platform and/ or purchasing any product(s) from Quickie, you engage in our “Service” and agree to our terms and conditions, including any privacy, refund, or delivery policy. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the platform, including, but not limited to, users who are browsers, customers, and/ or contributors. If you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions stated, you are not permitted to access our platform or use our services. We reserve the right to, at any time, refuse service to any user.
Section 1 - Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Platform. By agreeing to the Agreement, you represent and warrant to us: (1) That you are at least eighteen (18) years old; (2) That you have not previously been suspended, banned, or removed from the Platform; and (3) That your registration and your use of the Platform is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
Section 2 - Adjustment of Services or Price
Prices of our products or services are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to change any price or adjust our service to our preference. We shall not be liable to you or any third party as a result of a change of price or service model.
Section 3 - Adjustment to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to adjust or alter the terms of service at any time. The terms of service listed on this page are up to date and by using this platform you agree that you have viewed the most up to date version of the terms of service.
Section 4 - Unwarranted Uses
Users of our platform are prohibited from using the platform for any purpose that violates any local, state, or federal law and/ or regulation.
Section 5 - User Submission
By submitting any feedback or recommendation to us, you agree that we may use, publish, or edit the information. Any information you submit is not subject to any credit, acknowledgment, and/ or compensation.
Section 6 - Refund Delivery Privacy
Any and all refund, delivery, and privacy policies on our platform are apart of our Terms of Service and are hereby agreed to by any user of our platform and/ or service.
Section 7 - Age Restricted Products
While using our platform you may have the option to purchase alcohol and/or tobacco and tobacco related products (collectively, "Age Restricted Products,"). You must be twenty-one (21) years of age to purchase and receive age restricted products. Upon ordering and/or receiving age restricted products from our platform you expressly warrant that: you are of 21 years of age and you will provide government issued identification verifying that you are 21 years of age when your order arrives. If you cannot verify that you are 21 years of age with government issued identification and/or but not limited to if you are visibly intoxicated Quickie reserves the right to withhold your order and restock its contents for a non-refundable restocking fee.
